OUR SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are immediately processed and usually shipped the next business day; however, all orders are to be shipped within 5 business days (to allow for holidays and any delays of our shipments from our suppliers).

We will mail to US by USPS Priority unless otherwised specified by the buyer.

USPS Priority to US (an average of 2-3 days) - $7.50,

Express Mail to US ONLY (1-2 days USPS Guaranteed, Insured automatically up to $100 against loss or damage by USPS)- $25.00,

USPS Canada ONLY- $14.50,

USPS International - $22.50
At this time we DO NOT ship to Spain, Nigeria, Malaysia, Africa, or Venezuela

We do not offer shipping insurance.

When I receive your email I will sent you my phone number and the TOTAL AMOUNT, so you can remain in contact with me , in regards to your order.

Once payment is received and authenticated, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address and your item(s) will be sent ASAP.

**Please ensure to include correct product code(s), due to some items might have similar names. This way there will be no confusion and you will receive exactly what you ordered.

NOTE: WE UNDERSTAND THAT NOT EVERYONE USES PAYPAL. UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT SET UP A GOOGLE CHECKOUT, BECAUSE WE ARE NOT BASED IN THE US. THIS IS WHY WE WILL ACCEPT MONEY ORDER. WE UNDERSTAND THAT MOST PEOPLE DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE ORDERLY THIS WAY, THAT IS WHY WE REQUEST A CONTACT NUMBER. WE WILL SPEAK UP YOU DIRECTLY (and send an email) TO CONFIRM THAT THE MONEY HAS BEEN DEPOSITED, WHERE IT HAS BEEN DEPOSITED, WHEN YOU ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN SHIPPED, THE POSTAL CONFIRMATION NUMBER, AND ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL. OUR RETURN POLICY:

Please email us immediately, if returning product.

We will replace the product(s) or issue refund (shipping amount may not be included), if the product is delivered to you under one of the conditions:

WRONG PRODUCT - If you got the wrong item due to OUR shipping mistake, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. Upon return, it will be replaced or refunded.

DEFECTIVE ITEM - If you received a defective product, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. Upon return, we'll ship out the replacement right away or refund if defective item is confirmed.

DAMAGED ITEM - If for some reason the order is damaged we will gladly replace it. PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. Damaged merchandise must be returned to us within 7 business days. Upon return, we'll ship out the replacement only right away.


LOST PACKAGE - If an order is lost (US and Canada Packages only) we will gladly replace it - confirmation that the order was never received will be confirmed only after 30 business days.


INTERNATIONAL (EXCLUDING US AND CANADA) LOST PACKAGE - If for some reason your international order does not reach its destination within 35 business days, we will file a lost package claim through the USPS; however, it can take up to 3 months for the investigation to be complete. We will also send you a confirmation receipt from the post office proving that your order was indeed shipped. Re-shipment of international lost packages at our expense, is, ONLY, up to our discretion.
We cannot guarantee delivery on international orders. We do not offer shipping insurance

BACK ORDERS:

No Back Orders. You will be refunded for any items that may be out of stock; however, we can contact you when the item is available.




PRIVACY POLICY:

We will not sell, rent or disclose any customer information to anyone. All personal information collected during the checkout process is secure and confidential. You may periodically receive emails from us to inform you of new products and special promotions. Phone calls, to money order customers, will only be done keep customer updated on order status, at their request only.
